Our 27 bedrooms each tell their own story, named after members of the two families who've called this manor home since 1520. When you walk through our corridors, you're literally following in centuries of footsteps, though with all the modern comforts you'd expect. For meetings and celebrations, we offer several distinct spaces. Our oak-panelled meeting room works beautifully for board meetings and intimate gatherings of up to 20 people - the wood paneling creates an atmosphere that helps focus minds and encourages conversation. When you need more space, our restaurant and conservatory open up to accommodate 120 seated guests or 150 for standing receptions. We've hosted everything from corporate strategy sessions to wedding receptions in these rooms. Head Chef Stephen Crane leads our kitchen team, working with local suppliers to create menus that have earned us recognition as one of southern England's finest dining destinations. Whether you're planning a working lunch or a wedding feast, our kitchen adapts to your needs. Our spa sits within the original walled garden, where you can swim from the indoor pool straight out to the outdoor section - particularly magical on crisp mornings. The sauna, steam room and treatment rooms provide everything you need to unwind after your meeting or celebration.
