Our seven screens at ODEON Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird transform into dynamic meeting spaces that break away from traditional conference rooms. Each auditorium comes equipped with RealD 3D projection and Dolby Atmos sound systems - technology that brings presentations to life in ways standard meeting rooms simply can't match. We've hosted everything from corporate conferences to product launches here at Fort Kinnaird, Scotland's largest outdoor retail park. Our screens accommodate different group sizes, from intimate gatherings of 41 in our smaller auditoriums to major presentations for up to 235 delegates in our largest screen. The tiered seating ensures everyone has clear sightlines, while our premier seats offer extra comfort for longer sessions. Before your meeting begins, delegates can gather in our spacious foyer where Costa Coffee serves fresh beverages. We understand that catering preferences vary, so we allow external catering to be brought in for your event. Our alcohol license runs until 1:00 AM, giving flexibility for evening networking sessions or celebration drinks after successful presentations. Getting here couldn't be easier - we offer free on-site parking within the retail park, and both Brunstane and Newcraighall train stations are nearby for those arriving by rail.
