About Perseverance Works
Our building at Perseverance Works has been home to creative businesses in Shoreditch since long before the area became London's design district. Walk through our courtyard on any given day and you'll find architects sketching ideas over coffee, photographers loading equipment for shoots, and TV producers rushing between edit suites. We're not your typical shared workspace - each of our residents actually owns or leases their own unit, which creates a real community feel that guests immediately notice. The heart of Perseverance Works is definitely our courtyard. It's where deals get discussed over flat whites from our café, where creative teams take brainstorming sessions outside, and where networking happens naturally. When you book one of our four studio spaces for your meeting or event, you become part of this creative ecosystem for the day. Our studios span three floors and offer up to 10,000 square feet of flexible space. Studio CORE and Studio LOFT are particularly popular - both feature those exposed brick walls and high ceilings that photographers love, plus the warehouse-style windows flood the rooms with natural light. The parquet flooring in our ground floor spaces adds warmth, while the contemporary furnishings mean you can configure the layout however works best for your workshop, conference, or brand launch. We've invested in proper fiber-optic connectivity throughout the building because we know how crucial reliable internet is for modern events. Our in-house AV and lighting team will set up whatever technical requirements you have, and we work with some brilliant local caterers who understand the kind of food that keeps creative minds sharp. The building has 24/7 security and underground parking, plus we're just a short walk from both Hoxton and Old Street stations, making it easy for your guests to find us in E2.
