Studio CORE offers 2,250 square feet of adaptable space right in the creative pulse of Shoreditch, just a short walk from Old Street Station. This ground floor studio has become a favourite among brands like Elle, Meta, and TikTok who appreciate how the space transforms to match their vision, whether that's hosting 200 guests for a product launch or arranging theatre seating for 100 at a brand workshop. The first thing you'll notice walking in are the east-facing windows that run along the wall, fitted with shutters that let you control the natural light streaming across the warm parquet floors. We've kept the original warehouse feel with our panelled walls, which double as projection surfaces when needed, while adding contemporary touches like the marble kitchen island that becomes a natural focal point during catered events. What makes Studio CORE particularly practical for events is how we've thought through the details. The private talent room gives speakers or performers somewhere to prepare, while four bathrooms and two showers mean your guests won't be queuing.
