At Podium - Belsyre Court, we've transformed a historic Woodstock Road building into a workspace that actually works for modern businesses. Our 14 office suites range from single-person spaces to rooms that comfortably fit teams of 30, each one fully furnished and ready to plug in and start working the moment you arrive. We know how frustrating it can be to wait weeks for internet installation or phone lines, so everything's already set up. Our front-of-house team handles your calls professionally while you focus on what matters, and when you need a break, the communal kitchen has proper coffee and tea waiting. Since launching our Dock Club in 2024, we've watched freelancers and remote workers make themselves at home in the coworking lounge, spreading out in the breakout areas or settling into hot desks for the day. The building sits in Jericho, surrounded by Oxford University colleges and about a ten-minute walk from the city centre. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shops nearby when you need to step out for lunch or meet clients somewhere less formal. We've got meeting rooms you can book when presentations or team sessions come up, all equipped with what you need to run productive sessions. What our clients appreciate most is the flexibility - whether you need a private office for your growing team, a professional base for client meetings, or just a quiet desk away from home distractions, we've structured our spaces to adapt.
