We've carefully preserved the original features of this Grade I listed building while adding everything modern businesses need to thrive. Our office spaces accommodate teams from solo entrepreneurs up to 20 people, spread across the lower ground, ground floor, and three upper levels. Each floor maintains the building's historic character—think original fireplaces and intricate ceiling moldings—while incorporating practical touches like air conditioning and high-speed internet. The communal kitchen serves as a natural meeting point where tenants brew their morning Nespresso or afternoon tea, both provided free of charge. Last autumn, we opened the Dock Club on site. It's become our most popular addition—a coworking lounge where members grab hot desks, settle into the breakout areas for informal meetings, or book the dedicated meeting room when privacy is needed. The refreshment station keeps everyone caffeinated and hydrated throughout the day. If you need additional meeting space, we can arrange access to rooms at our Russell Square location nearby. Security runs round the clock with CCTV coverage and 24/7 building access, so whether you're an early bird or prefer burning the midnight oil, your office is always available. The Bloomsbury location puts you right in the heart of intellectual London—the British Museum is practically next door, and both Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations are within a five-minute walk.
