Two AA Rosettes shine from our kitchen here at Podium Restaurant, where Executive Chef Dave Ashton and our team transform the finest local ingredients into something special. We're on the ground floor of the Hilton Manchester Deansgate at 303 Deansgate, just a quick walk from the train station and tram stop. Our main restaurant features soaring ceilings and white marble throughout, creating a bright, airy space where natural light floods in during lunch service. The lounge area offers deep, comfortable seating perfect for pre-dinner drinks or informal business meetings. We've designed our spaces to flow naturally from one to another - the bar connects seamlessly to the lounge, which opens into the main dining room. For parties and celebrations, we can accommodate groups of various sizes, with our largest configuration hosting up to 150 guests. Corporate groups often book our semi-private areas for product launches and networking events, while birthday parties tend to gravitate toward the bar and lounge combination. We've hosted everything from 50th anniversary dinners to company Christmas parties, adapting our layout to suit each occasion. Our bar team serves craft beers alongside classic cocktails, and we're particularly proud of our wine list - including several English sparkling wines that pair beautifully with Chef Ashton's seasonal menus. During events, we can arrange buffet-style service or seated dinners, depending on what works best for your celebration. The kitchen focuses on robust flavors and inventive techniques, with menus changing seasonally to reflect what's best from local suppliers. Light lunches and coffee are available throughout the day in the lounge, making us as suitable for casual catch-ups as we are for milestone celebrations.
