About Revolution Deansgate Locks
Right beneath Deansgate station, we've transformed Manchester's historic railway arches into Revolution Deansgate Locks - where exposed brick meets modern party spaces across multiple floors. Our venue spreads through these converted arches, creating five distinct areas that each bring their own energy to your celebration. The Ruby Room remains our most popular party space, accommodating 300 standing guests with direct views over Deansgate Lock. We've equipped it with its own private bar, small stage, PA system and lighting setup, plus access to our heated terrace. For seated dinners, we can arrange 150 covers here, or set up theatre-style seating for 120. The Green Room offers a more intimate setting with its own bar and terrace access, perfect for groups up to 200. Our Attic Bar sits on the mezzanine level, overlooking the main floor below. This semi-private space works brilliantly for 50 guests who want to feel part of the wider venue energy while maintaining their own area. Down in our basement, you'll find our dedicated club room - complete with professional sound and lighting systems for proper late-night parties. Throughout the venue, we run Cocktail Masterclasses where our bartenders teach your group mixing techniques behind our five different bars. Each bar area has its own character - from the main ground floor spaces with their plush lounge seating to the more energetic club atmosphere downstairs. We regularly host corporate functions, birthday parties, wedding receptions and networking events. Our kitchen serves sharing platters and full dining menus depending on your requirements. The entire venue can accommodate up to 1,100 guests when you take over all our spaces, making us one of Manchester's largest party venues. Our events team handles everything from initial planning through to your last guest leaving, working with you to match the right spaces to your celebration style.
