Revolution Newcastle on Collingwood Street has become the go-to spot for celebrations in the city, and we've hosted thousands of birthdays, hen dos, and work parties since taking over this stunning former bank building. The original 30-foot ceilings and marble pillars create quite the backdrop when you're learning to muddle mint for mojitos during our Cocktail Masterclasses. We run these sessions throughout the week - you'll make two cocktails from scratch after a welcome drink, then finish with our signature shot train that always gets everyone laughing. Our bartenders love teaching groups the tricks behind our creative cocktail menu, whether it's perfecting the foam on an espresso martini or getting the balance right in our house special. Our spacious bar area flows into comfortable seating zones and opens onto the dance floor where Saturday X nights bring in DJs and dancers. The contemporary design works brilliantly with the building's original features - those classic wood details and marble pillars add character you won't find in newer venues. We're particularly proud of our Bottomless Brunches, available until 8pm Sunday through Friday. For two hours, you can enjoy unlimited prosecco, selected cocktails or beer alongside dishes from our full menu - not just breakfast items but proper meals too. Being just down from Newcastle Central Station means hen parties can easily meet here, and corporate groups appreciate the quick walk from their offices. We've developed packages for different group sizes and occasions, from intimate birthday gatherings in our seating areas to full venue takeovers.
