The Sir Charles Wilson Building sits at the heart of the University of Glasgow campus, where our 1889 church conversion provides an inspiring backdrop for meetings and conferences. Walking through our doors, you'll find yourself in a bright foyer space where many of our clients serve morning coffee or set up registration desks before their events. Our main lecture theatre accommodates 300 delegates in tiered seating, giving everyone clear sightlines for presentations. We've equipped the space with everything you need for professional meetings - a PC setup, data-video projector, multiple screens, and a full PA system with microphones. The original church architecture creates remarkable acoustics that our speakers particularly appreciate. For smaller gatherings or breakout sessions, we have two seminar rooms on site. Each holds 40 people in theatre-style seating, though we often open the dividing wall to create one larger space for 80. These rooms work brilliantly when conference organizers want to split attendees into working groups or run parallel sessions. The building's high ceilings and large windows flood our spaces with natural light, something that keeps delegates energized throughout long meeting days. We regularly host academic conferences, corporate training sessions, board meetings, and professional development workshops.
