We're fortunate enough to call Somerset House home - right here where the Thames meets the Strand. When you step through our gates, you're entering 500 years of London history, but don't let that fool you into thinking we're stuck in the past. Our grand courtyard and riverside terraces have hosted everything from intimate board meetings to spectacular parties for 2,000 guests. The Seamen's Hall still has its original oak paneling from 1780, while our Navy Board Rooms showcase restored Georgian details you won't find anywhere else in the city. But we've made sure you've got everything modern events demand too - our kitchens can handle anything from canapés to five-course dinners, and our tech team has kitted out each space with the latest AV gear. The whole building runs on high-speed Wi-Fi, we've got lift access throughout, and yes, the air conditioning works brilliantly (even during those rare London heatwaves).
