Our Edwardian country house stands proud across seven acres of gardens, perfectly positioned between Cardiff and Newport for business meetings that need both convenience and character. St Mellons Hotel has been hosting corporate gatherings in these historic walls for years, and we understand what makes a productive meeting space. The Ballroom might sound grand—and it is—but it's also our most flexible conference space, welcoming up to 220 delegates with natural light flooding through tall windows. For smaller strategy sessions, the Library works beautifully, where French windows open onto an ornate balcony when you need that thinking-time breather. We have eight different meeting spaces in total, so whether you're planning a board meeting for twelve or a company conference for two hundred, we'll match you with the right room. Between sessions, your team can make use of our Panacea leisure club. Nothing clears the mind like a swim in our heated indoor pool, and we've noticed the best ideas often emerge post-sauna. The steam room, jacuzzi and fully equipped gym are all included with your booking—no extra fees or complicated access cards. When it comes to keeping everyone fed and focused, our Llanarthen Restaurant overlooks the gardens and serves proper food using Welsh produce where we can.
