We've hosted board meetings here for forty executives around our boardroom table, training sessions for forty-five in classroom style, and presentations for up to 120 delegates in theatre format. The room adapts equally well to U-shaped layouts for thirty participants when discussion and interaction matter most. For evening functions, we can arrange banquet seating for eighty guests. Natural light streams through our large windows, framed by patterned curtains that can be drawn when presentations require dimmed conditions. The wood-panelled walls create an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming, helping teams relax into productive conversations. We find the traditional features actually help people think differently, away from glass-walled meeting rooms they use every day.
