Step inside our Grade II listed building on Shepperton Road and you'll find Sublime Recording Studios has been crafting memorable events alongside our recording work for years. We've transformed this historic Islington space into something special - a place where intimate gatherings happen between the same walls that house our Pro Tools HD3 rig and collection of Telefunken and Neve pre-amps. Our studio spans multiple rooms, each with its own character. The main recording space doubles beautifully as an event venue, with vintage and modern microphones becoming conversation pieces when we're not tracking. We keep guitars, basses, keyboards, drums, and pianos around - sometimes party guests can't resist an impromptu jam session, and we encourage it. The heart of our building might be the spacious eat-in kitchen. We've hosted everything from birthday celebrations to album launch parties here, with guests naturally flowing between the kitchen and our garden. That outdoor space has become one of our most loved features - a proper London garden where people can step out for fresh air or continue conversations under the stars. What makes hosting events here different is the creative energy that permeates the space. The same room where we've mixed and mastered countless tracks becomes an intimate venue for gatherings of all kinds. We handle recording sessions daily, but we've discovered our equipment setup and acoustic treatment create an unexpectedly perfect atmosphere for parties too.
