We've packed every corner of Sugar Cane with the spirit of Polynesia - from hand-carved tiki statues watching over the bar to thick palm fronds brushing the ceiling above your head. Our bartenders muddle fresh mint and lime for classic Planter's Punch while the rum collection behind them tells stories from across the Caribbean. We pour everything from smooth aged sippers to the overproof stuff that puts fire in your Scorpion bowl. The kitchen sends out chargrilled skewers still sizzling from the grill, sharing platters loaded with sticky wings and coconut prawns, plus proper burgers for when you need something substantial between rounds of cocktails. Party planning? We've got you sorted. Our Tiki Hut comes with its own private bar - perfect for hen dos where you want to control the playlist and the pour. The Sunset Area works brilliantly for office gatherings, while birthday groups love disappearing into our Pirate Cave with their treasure trove of tropical drinks.
