Slip down the stairs beneath Happy Face Pizza and you'll find yourself in our world of 1970s Italian glamour at Supermax. We've created something special here in King's Cross - a subterranean escape where terrazzo meets neon, and leather banquettes wind around the room like a conversation waiting to happen. Our powerful sound system pumps out everything from Italo pop to deep house, with DJs taking over Wednesday through Saturday nights. That disco ball overhead? It catches the neon accents just right when the crowd starts moving. We built this space for dancing, and our guests definitely take advantage of it. Behind our terrazzo bar, we're mixing vermouth-led cocktails that transport you straight to Milan circa 1975. The Maxcalita has become our signature - tequila and mezcal get smoky, while cherry syrup adds an unexpected sweetness that keeps people coming back. During Aperitivo Hour (running until 7pm), we serve these beauties for £9 alongside proper Italian snacks. The whole space holds up to 100 people when you book it privately, making Supermax perfect for birthday bashes, work celebrations, or any party where you want your guests to actually dance. Our leather seating gives everyone a plush spot to catch their breath between songs, while the intimate layout means nobody feels lost in the crowd.
