Three years ago, we opened SW16 Bar and Kitchen with a simple idea: create a space that works as hard as South London does. Walk up from Streatham Hill station and you'll find us—part café, part bar, part workspace, wholly committed to being whatever you need us to be at any given moment. Morning means exceptional coffee and proper breakfast. By noon, our lunch crowd takes over the lounge areas, laptops open, phones charging (we've got outlets everywhere). Evening transforms the space—craft beers on tap, wines we personally selected, cocktails that earn their price tag. The kitchen keeps pace throughout, nothing fancy, just consistently good food made right. The practicalities work: climate control that responds to packed Friday nights, kitchen facilities for private events, projection setup that doesn't require an engineering degree, designated smoking space that doesn't feel like an afterthought. Accessibility wasn't an add-on—it's built into our DNA. Birthday parties get loud here. Business lunches stay focused. After-work sessions sprawl across our different zones. Each use feels natural because we designed for this flexibility from day one. Other places force you to adapt to them; we adapt to you.
