We've converted one of our guest rooms at The Bat and Ball into a productive meeting space that works perfectly for small teams and business discussions. Our bed and breakfast on Old Dover Road in Canterbury has been welcoming guests for years, and we noticed many were looking for somewhere quiet to hold meetings during their stay. The meeting room maintains the comfort you'd expect from our accommodation - we've furnished it with ergonomic seating and a proper work table that seats your team comfortably. The high-definition television connects easily to laptops for presentations, and we've installed a large projection screen with a state-of-the-art projector for more formal presentations. Natural light fills the space during the day, though the curtains allow you to darken the room when needed for screen visibility. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the property, so video calls and file sharing work smoothly. We keep the room stocked with fresh water, and our tea and coffee making facilities are available whenever you need a caffeine boost. If you're meeting through lunch, we can arrange catering from our kitchen - many groups enjoy our freshly prepared sandwiches and pastries. The space works particularly well for collaborative sessions where teams need to spread out materials or break into smaller discussions. We're located at 163 Old Dover Road, CT1 3NX, with complimentary parking right outside, making it easy for all attendees to reach us. Our other five guest rooms mean overnight accommodation is available if team members are traveling from further afield. Between sessions, the garden provides a peaceful spot to clear your head, and we're always happy to recommend local lunch spots or point you toward Canterbury's historic sites if you finish early.
