Walk into The Folly and you'll understand why we chose that name. We've gone completely overboard with plants and greenery—in the best possible way. Right by Monument station, we're this unexpected oasis where the City suits come to decompress. The space flows from restaurant to bar to club without those awkward transitions you find elsewhere. Our private dining areas feel properly secluded (perfect for those hush-hush business dinners), while the main floor keeps that energy going. The menu changes with the seasons—our chef gets bored easily and travels too much, which works in everyone's favor. Tech-wise, we're sorted: projectors that actually project, mics that don't feedback, and a dance floor that's seen some things (what happens at The Folly...). The kitchen runs hot all night, and our bar team can handle everything from craft beer enthusiasts to cocktail connoisseurs. Birthday bashes tend to get wild here. Corporate events stay surprisingly civilized. Weddings? They're our favorite—something about all that greenery makes people emotional.
