From my desk here at The Gate, I can see the City skyline stretching west and Shoreditch's converted warehouses spreading north. This building—you can't miss it, the 21-storey wedge that looks like it's slicing into the Aldgate sky—sits right where London's suits meet its creatives. Our 189 serviced apartments aren't trying to be home, but they're definitely more than hotel rooms.
