About The Granary
The Granary stands right by Lock No.1 of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, where the original warehouse workers would have loaded goods onto barges back in 1776. Today, we've transformed this Grade II* listed building into 19,129 sq ft of contemporary office space while keeping all the architectural details that make it special - from the exposed beams to those enviable canal views through the original windows. Our four conference rooms work brilliantly for different group sizes. The largest fits 42 delegates seated, while our smaller spaces create more intimate settings for board meetings or strategy sessions. We've installed full PA/AV systems in each room, plus everything needed for live-streaming and hybrid events - because we know half your team might be joining from home these days. The Wi-Fi reaches every corner, and yes, it actually works when everyone's online at once. Our concierge team greets everyone at reception and stays on hand throughout your meeting. They'll help with the tech setup, sort out any last-minute needs, and generally make sure you can focus on your agenda rather than hunting for adapters or figuring out the projector. Between sessions, your group can use our kitchenette or grab proper coffee from our machines - not the instant stuff. We're right by the South entrance of Leeds Train Station, so your attendees can walk here in minutes. For those driving, we have on-site parking, which saves the usual scramble for street spaces.
