Step inside our Conference Room and you'll immediately notice how the exposed stone walls frame the space, a reminder of the building's 1776 heritage working alongside modern furnishings and technology. We've kept the original warehouse windows that look out over the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, bringing natural light across the room throughout the day. The room comfortably seats 42 people in cabaret style, though we can reconfigure the layout to suit your specific needs. Our full PA/AV system includes a large presentation screen and all the plug-and-play hardware you need, plus we've set everything up for live-streaming and hybrid meetings. The Wi-Fi handles everyone logging on simultaneously without those frustrating connection drops. Just off the main room, we've created a breakout area with comfortable seating where attendees can continue conversations between sessions or simply take a breather. The adjoining kitchenette comes equipped with proper coffee machines and facilities for refreshments throughout your day. Our concierge team remains available to help with technical setups, last-minute requirements, or anything else that comes up during your meeting. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're a short walk from the South entrance of Leeds Train Station, and for those driving, we have our own parking spaces on site. The canal-side setting gives meetings here a different energy than typical city venues, with water views that seem to help clear thinking and productive discussions.
