About The Hideaway
Our space at The Hideaway on Regent Street sits right above the energy of Oxford Circus, yet feels completely removed from the crowds below. We've hosted everything from raucous birthday parties to intimate wedding receptions in our 309 Regent Street location, and the flexibility of the space continues to surprise even us. The room transforms depending on what you need - we can set up theatre-style seating for 70 people when you're showing off a new product or hosting awards, or clear the floor entirely to fit 250 guests for standing receptions and parties. Last month we had an open mic night that packed the place, and the week before that, a corporate team used the same space for their annual presentations. We handle the catering in-house, though if you've got a specific caterer in mind, we're happy to work with them too. The projector gets plenty of use for everything from conference presentations to photo montages at birthday parties. During summer events, guests always comment on the air conditioning - a real blessing when you've got 200 people dancing. Getting here couldn't be easier with Oxford Circus just downstairs, though we always warn people there's no parking at the venue itself. The WiFi handles video conferences without breaking a sweat, and we keep flipcharts and conference call facilities ready for the corporate bookings. What makes The Hideaway work is how it adapts to whatever you're planning. Press conferences in the morning can give way to cocktail receptions by evening. The space has hosted book launches, milestone birthdays, company parties, and even a few surprise engagement celebrations. We're here in Marylebone district, tucked away just enough to feel private while staying central to everything London offers.
