Four minutes from Victoria Station, we occupy the entire lower ground floor at 14-15 Lower Grosvenor Place. Our newly refurbished meeting suite gives you complete privacy for your team's important work—when you book with us, the whole floor becomes yours for the day. The main room comfortably seats 40 people theatre-style or 32 with tables. We regularly reconfigure the space depending on what works best: boardroom setup for strategy sessions, cabaret style for workshops, or traditional theatre arrangement for presentations. The custom-built oak lectern adds a professional touch for speakers, while our 85" screen and five-speaker sound system ensure everyone can see and hear clearly. Beyond the main space, we provide a separate breakout room for smaller group discussions, plus a registration lobby that works perfectly for welcoming guests or networking during breaks. The tea point stays stocked throughout your event, with self-serve tea and coffee always available. Our partnership with Thoughtful Food means we can arrange everything from working lunches to afternoon refreshments. They create customizable hot and cold menus based on your preferences and dietary requirements. We handle delegate stationery and flipcharts too—just let us know what you need when booking. The lift provides step-free access to our floor, making the venue accessible for all attendees. With high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and air conditioning keeping everyone comfortable, we've found the space works particularly well for training days, client pitches, seminars, and team meetings.
