Four minutes from Victoria Station, our venue occupies the entire lower ground floor at 14-15 Lower Grosvenor Place, giving your team complete privacy for important work. When you book the Entire Venue, the whole floor becomes yours for the day. The main room seats 45 people theatre-style or 32 with tables, though we regularly reconfigure the space based on what works best for your meeting. Teams often choose our boardroom setup for strategy sessions seating 20, cabaret style for workshops, or traditional theatre arrangement for presentations. The custom-built oak lectern adds a professional touch for speakers, while our 85" screen and five-speaker sound system ensure everyone can see and hear clearly from any seat. Natural light brightens the space through our windows, complementing the modern wooden tables and comfortable black chairs. Beyond the main room, you'll have access to a separate breakout area for smaller group discussions, plus a registration lobby that works perfectly for welcoming guests or networking during breaks. The tea point stays stocked throughout your event, with self-serve tea and coffee always available. Our partnership with Thoughtful Food means we can arrange everything from working lunches to afternoon refreshments. They create customizable hot and cold menus based on your preferences and dietary requirements. We handle delegate stationery and flipcharts too, just let us know what you need when booking.
