The soaring glass roof of The Hop Exchange floods our historic Atrium with natural light, creating a spectacular backdrop for evening celebrations in the heart of Borough Market. We've hosted everything from glamorous fashion shows to intimate dinner dances in this Grade II listed building, where the original Victorian architecture adds instant character to any party. Our main event space, the Atrium, spans 12m x 24m and transforms beautifully once the sun sets. We can accommodate up to 400 guests for cocktail receptions or 250 for seated dinners, with the glass ceiling creating an almost outdoor feel while keeping everyone comfortably sheltered. The space works brilliantly for product launches too - we've seen brands use the natural height to create dramatic reveals and installations. Working exclusively with award-winning caterers, we help create menus that match your vision, whether that's creative canapés for a networking reception or a full dinner service for a company celebration. Our catering partners know the space inside out and understand how to work with the building's unique features. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're right next to Borough Market on Southwark Street, with London Bridge Station just a few minutes' walk away. Your guests can grab a drink in the market beforehand or explore the area's restaurants if they're making a night of it. We only open for private evening hire, which means you get the entire venue to yourselves once the working day ends.
