The moment you step down into our basement space, you'll understand why we've become one of East London's most sought-after party venues. We've transformed 250 square metres of underground industrial space into something genuinely special - two interconnected rooms that work brilliantly for everything from packed dance floors to seated celebrations. Our main room is where most of the action happens. The white-washed walls create this incredible blank canvas effect, while natural light filters in during daytime events. But the real conversation starter? That massive oak sliding door that opens onto an original Victorian lift shaft - it's been here since the building's past life and adds this raw, authentic edge that photographers absolutely love. We've hosted everything here from 260-person dance parties that go until dawn to elegant seated dinners for 175 guests. The second room, with its exposed brick walls, works perfectly as your dedicated bar area or somewhere for people to catch their breath between dancing. We've seen clients turn it into VIP lounges, coat checks, or just a quieter space where conversations can actually happen. Sound-wise, we're running a Funktion One/Martin Audio system that delivers crystal-clear audio whether you're bringing a DJ or live band. The lighting setup is completely flexible - we can create whatever atmosphere you're after. Wi-Fi covers the entire space, which matters more than you'd think for modern parties. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're on Hoxton Street, just a few minutes' walk from Old Street, with Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street stations nearby. Your guests won't struggle to find us or grab late-night transport home. We require a £200 damage deposit for all bookings, which is standard practice for protecting our space while you party hard.
