Upstairs feels like raiding your stylish friend's living room (complete with squashy sofas and a kitchen island everyone gravitates toward). Head down to the Flatmates Den and things get properly fun – we're talking DJ decks, a wall of vinyl, dress-up box, and enough board games to keep everyone entertained until the small hours. Everything you actually need is here too: proper kitchen, decent sound system, and AC that works when London decides to have a heatwave. Birthday bashes, hen dos, work parties that people actually want to attend, bottomless brunches that turn into all-dayers – we've seen it all. Some production companies even use us for shoots when they need that "authentic London home" vibe. If you're after somewhere that feels genuinely different, give us a shout.
