Between Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park, our two-floor space feels more like borrowing your most stylish friend's home than hiring a traditional venue. Walk through our famous yellow door and you'll find yourself in our ground floor living room and kitchen, where natural light pours through large windows onto plush sofas in bold colours. The long dining table becomes command central for birthday dinners, while the kitchen island acts as the natural gathering spot it would in any proper flat. Our fireplace adds warmth to winter parties, and the mix of retro and modern decor, complete with vibrant curtains and eclectic artwork, creates that perfect house party atmosphere. Venture downstairs to the Flatmates' Den and the energy shifts completely. Our late-night bar stays open until 2am, the DJ booth pumps out tunes through our proper sound system, and that wall of vinyl gets everyone talking. Colourful stools and cushioned benches surround tables ready for poker and backgammon tournaments, while our legendary fancy dress box has sparked some truly memorable moments. The quirky art and memorabilia covering the walls tell their own stories. We accommodate up to 160 guests standing or 84 seated, with our in-house catering team handling everything from bottomless brunches to full dinner parties.
