Welcome to The Monastery Manchester, where gothic arches and restored stonework tell stories of centuries past. Edward Welby Pugin designed this Grade II-listed beauty, and while it once teetered on the edge of being lost forever (we were actually listed among the world's most endangered heritage sites), today it stands strong as one of Manchester's most remarkable venues. Getting here is straightforward – we're close to both Ashburys and Belle Vue stations. Inside, you'll find we've thoughtfully updated the space without losing its soul. Our professional kitchen can handle everything from canapés to full dinners, the Wi-Fi actually works (miracle in a building this old!), and we've made sure everyone can access all areas comfortably. Need to present? We've got flipcharts and AV equipment ready to go. Weddings look spectacular against our gothic backdrop. Corporate events gain gravitas. Cultural celebrations feel right at home.
