Victorian blue and gold paint catches the light as you enter The Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh, where we've been hosting everything from board meetings to wedding receptions since the 19th century. Our red velvet seats and ornate proscenium arch might suggest we only do theatrical performances, but these days we open our doors for all kinds of gatherings. We're right off Lothian Road, making it easy for your guests to reach us – just a short walk from both Haymarket and Waverley stations. Our main auditorium transforms beautifully for larger conferences and celebrations, while our studio spaces and meeting rooms work perfectly for smaller workshops or corporate training sessions. The bars and foyer areas create natural networking spaces during breaks, and many clients use them for drinks receptions or informal gatherings. Our three bars come fully equipped, and we've got proper kitchen facilities too. We know every event has different catering needs, so we keep things flexible – bring your own caterers or work with our preferred suppliers. The choice is yours. We've hosted everything from tech company product launches in the auditorium to intimate wedding ceremonies in our smaller spaces. Getting around our building is straightforward for everyone.
