Our Victorian farmhouse sits right where Wandsworth Common's walking paths converge, surrounded by 170 acres of parkland that changes character with every season. We've been serving the community since 2014, and over the years we've transformed from a simple coffee house into a proper gathering place where locals celebrate everything from baby showers to milestone birthdays. The building itself tells a story - original features blend with bright, comfortable interiors that flood with natural light. We can accommodate up to 110 guests across our indoor space and terrace, where tables spill out onto the common during warmer months. Dog walkers stop by with their four-legged friends, families spread out after playground visits, and groups of friends catch up over long brunches. Our kitchen team prepares everything fresh daily. Mornings bring sourdough toasties and hearty brunch baps, while afternoons shift to house-made soups and carefully composed salads. The bakery counter showcases what we've baked that morning - the Chocolate & Orange Marble Cake disappears quickly, and our Vegan Carrot Cake with Coconut Frosting has earned its own following. We pour artisan coffee throughout the day, and our bar stocks curated wines and craft beers for evening events. Private parties work brilliantly here. We've hosted wedding receptions that spilled onto the terrace at sunset, birthday brunches that lasted well into the afternoon, and corporate gatherings where teams could actually relax. Our staff know how to read a room - when to appear with fresh drinks, when to let conversations flow undisturbed. We work with you to create custom menus that suit your event, whether that's canapés and prosecco or a full sit-down meal. The common itself becomes part of your celebration - duck ponds visible through the windows, mature trees providing natural shade, and those 170 acres offering endless photo opportunities.
