Our 24-bedroom Georgian townhouse on Seymour Street has become quite the gathering spot since we opened in 2015, particularly for those planning something more interesting than your standard hotel party. We've filled The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone with the kind of furnishings you'd expect from our fictional Wicked Uncle Seymour - antique curiosities line the walls, vintage pieces create cozy corners, and every room tells its own story. Our cocktail lounge serves drinks that regularly win awards, though we're just as proud of our Afternoon Tea service running Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 4pm. The parlour works brilliantly for different occasions - you can reserve just the fireplace area or bar side for smaller gatherings, perfect for birthday drinks or hen parties with close friends. For larger celebrations, we hand over the keys to the entire townhouse. Wedding receptions, milestone birthdays, corporate parties - we've hosted them all. Your group gets exclusive run of the place with our full team looking after everything. The bedrooms upstairs mean some guests can even stay the night. Being on Seymour Street puts us walking distance from Selfridges and Oxford Street, with Hyde Park nearby for those needing fresh air between cocktails. Mayfair sits just around the corner too.
