About Three Little Words
The railway arches at Three Little Words have been our Manchester home since we transformed these Grade-II* listed structures into something quite special. At 10-15 Watson Street, we've created a space where The Spirit of Manchester Distillery operates alongside our cocktail bar, giving guests a front-row seat to the gin-making process. Our venue works brilliantly for parties because of how we've designed the space. The exposed brickwork and industrial features of the original arches create natural zones for different group sizes. We can accommodate intimate birthday gatherings in one of our single arches, or open up the entire venue for larger celebrations and wedding receptions. The distillery equipment isn't just for show - it's part of the atmosphere that makes parties here feel different from typical Manchester venues. Our cocktail menu draws from both our house-made spirits and carefully selected bottles from around the world. We pair these with izakaya-inspired small plates that our kitchen team designs specifically to complement the drinks. For private events, we adjust our service style to match what you need - whether that's a relaxed drinks reception where guests mingle freely or a more structured celebration with dedicated bar service. The Gin School offers another dimension for party bookings. Groups can start their evening learning about botanicals and creating their own gin blend before moving into the main bar area. We've found this works particularly well for corporate celebrations and milestone birthdays where hosts want to offer something beyond the usual drinks and canapés.
