About Trapeze Bar
Three floors, one wild ride. That's Trapeze Bar in a nutshell. We took over this Old Street spot with one simple idea: bring the circus to Shoreditch nightlife. And not in a kitschy way - we're talking proper cocktail craft meets acrobatic performances meets underground beats. Ground floor's where most people start - grab a drink, watch an aerialist spin overhead, maybe order some of our circus-themed small plates (the ringmaster burger is legendary). Head downstairs when you're ready to dance - our sound system cost more than most people's cars, and the DJs we book know how to use it. The top floor? That's your more intimate vibe, perfect when you want actual conversation. We've hosted everything here. Product launches where models descended from the ceiling, 40th birthdays with custom circus acts, corporate parties where the CEO learned to juggle. Our three bars stay busy, the kitchen keeps up with whatever you throw at it, and yes, we've got all the boring stuff sorted too - air con, AV equipment, decent Wi-Fi. The area's packed with bars, but none quite like this. Where else can you sip a flaming cocktail while someone does a handstand on a trapeze above your head?
