We took over the top floor of YOTEL Glasgow to create VEGA, and honestly, the views still catch us off guard some mornings. From up here, you can see right across the city while guests bowl strikes on our four lanes - we're actually the only rooftop bowling alley in Scotland, which never gets old to mention. Our kitchen team serves up everything from small sharing plates to proper hearty meals throughout the day. Behind the bar, we've gathered over a hundred spirits that our bartenders use to mix cocktails and mocktails - plus shooters for those bowling celebrations. The whole space runs along floor-to-ceiling windows, so whether you're eating, drinking, or trying to pick up that 7-10 split, you've got Glasgow spread out below you. Thursday through Sunday, we bring in live bands and DJs who set up in the corner near the bar. Our weekend brunches have developed their own following - people book tables specifically for the Bloody Marys and the chance to bowl before noon. During the week, we open up sections for co-working, and the WiFi reaches every corner, even the bowling lanes. For parties and corporate events, we can section off different areas or take over the entire floor. Our AV setup includes screens visible from everywhere and a sound system that works equally well for presentations or party playlists. The team here handles groups from intimate gatherings to full venue takeovers, working out catering packages that range from cocktail receptions to proper sit-down meals. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're right in the city center with Queen Street and Central stations both within walking distance. The YOTEL entrance leads straight to our dedicated lift, which shoots you up to our floor where the city views hit you immediately.
