About White Horse, Parsons Green
The White Horse has been pouring pints and hosting celebrations in Parsons Green since the 1800s, and we've perfected the art of British hospitality over the generations. Our pub sits right on the green, just steps from the tube station, making it wonderfully convenient whether your guests are coming from King's Road shopping or arriving from across London. We're particularly proud of our private event spaces, each with its own personality. The Stable Room remains our most popular choice for parties—it comfortably holds 60 standing guests or 40 seated, and comes with its own private bar. The Victorian-inspired details throughout create an atmosphere that feels both grand and welcoming. For smaller groups, The Saddle Room works beautifully, seating 24 for dinner or accommodating 35 for drinks and mingling. When you need more space, we can open up both rooms together to host up to 90 standing guests. Our Coach House offers something a bit different. Available from 6:30 PM onwards, this rustic space holds 35 people and gives your evening events an exclusive feel away from the main pub area. During warmer months, our beer garden overlooking the green becomes an extension of your party space—perfect for guests who want to step outside with their drinks. Throughout the pub, you'll find the traditional touches we've carefully maintained: polished mahogany, original wood and flagstone floors, and working fireplaces that we light on cooler evenings. Our kitchen serves modern British dishes with European influences, using seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. Behind the bar, we stock an extensive range of cask ales, craft beers, fine wines, and artisan spirits that beer enthusiasts travel specifically to sample.
