There's something about walking into a building that William Bryant commissioned in 1885 that immediately sets the tone for your event. Here at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham, we've spent decades learning how to honor that history while making sure your presentations run smoothly and your guests never struggle with the Wi-Fi password. Our spaces work as hard as you do. Need to transform a boardroom into a drinks reception venue? Done. Want to follow your training session with lunch on the terrace? We're already setting it up. Getting married? We're licensed for ceremonies, and trust us, those original Victorian features photograph beautifully. Your own DJ wants to check out the acoustics? Bring them along – we work with plenty of regular suppliers who know the building inside out. Surrey location means easy access without the London prices, and our car park means your guests won't spend the first half hour looking for a space. When people stay overnight (and they often do – those original features make quite an impression), they wake up to proper countryside views, not another office block. We've been doing this long enough to know that every event has its own personality. Some need our full catering team and every piece of AV equipment we own.
