The Balcony sits just above the main pub floor, giving you and your guests a brilliant perch to watch the energy below while keeping your party nicely tucked away. We've designed this space to feel like your own private corner of The Regent Balham, complete with those massive windows that flood the room with daylight and frame the busy Chestnut Grove streetscape. Up here, you'll find yourself surrounded by our signature exposed brick walls and reclaimed oak tables, paired with leather chairs that guests tend to settle into for hours. The patterned tiles underfoot add character to the space, while the slightly elevated position creates that perfect separation from the pub buzz when you need it. We can fit 45 of your friends for standing drinks and mingling, or seat 20 comfortably if you're planning a proper sit-down meal. Our kitchen team brings the same care to private events as they do to our regular service, whether you're after our famous burgers and sharing plates or something more substantial.
