Looking through the windows of the Queenie Watts Private Dining Room, you'll see the Thames flowing past while boats glide by, creating gentle movements you can actually feel through the floor. This unique dining space seats 22 guests around a single polished table, with leather chairs that encourage long conversations over dinner. We've lined the walls with photographs of Queenie Watts herself, the local legend who ran the Iron Bridge Tavern back in the sixties. She welcomed everyone from dockers to the Krays, and we like to think she'd appreciate how her spirit lives on in this room. The dark wood paneling and soft candlelight create an atmosphere that works equally well for board meetings or birthday dinners. For business gatherings, we've installed a 75-inch screen and full AV equipment, all controlled from your seat. The Wi-Fi runs smoothly throughout, and our dedicated service team stays close by without hovering. When presentations finish, the same space transforms beautifully for dinner service. Our kitchen sends up the same dry-aged beef and South Coast seafood served in the main restaurant, with sharing menus that bring people together around the table.
