We've kept 30 seats for seated dinners, though the layout opens up to accommodate 60 guests when you need people mixing and moving around. The open kitchen runs along one wall, where our chefs work with seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. Your guests can watch their food being prepared, from the first prep cuts to the final plating. The bar stocks Manchester craft beers alongside classic cocktails, with our team ready to create custom drinks menus for your event. We've found the combination of visible cooking and historic architecture creates talking points before anyone's even sat down.
