The copper bar catches the afternoon light just right in our Sample Room, creating warm reflections across the space that change throughout your event. We've positioned this striking bar as the heart of the room, where that blue neon quill above adds a playful touch of colour against the metallic surface. It's become quite the conversation starter, and more practically, it gives your bartenders plenty of room to work their magic during busy receptions. Raw exposed brick runs along the walls, giving the space genuine character that pairs beautifully with the plush seating we've scattered throughout. Those deep sofas aren't just for show, they're where we see guests settling in for proper conversations as the evening unfolds. The contemporary design feels fresh without trying too hard, and the lighting system lets you shift the atmosphere from bright networking energy to something more intimate as your party progresses. We can fit 70 guests comfortably for standing receptions, with enough room for people to actually move around and find those quieter corners for conversation. For seated events, 50 guests works perfectly, whether you're planning a birthday dinner or company celebration. The layout adapts easily, we've hosted everything from product launches where the bar becomes a focal point for demonstrations, to wedding parties that spill naturally between here and the Pasteur Room next door. Being this close to Barbican Underground means your guests won't struggle with complicated directions or long walks in their party shoes. The Moorgate location puts you right in the mix of central London, surrounded by great spots for pre or post-event drinks if some guests want to make a proper night of it. The space has this knack for making events feel special without being stuffy, which is exactly what we were going for when we designed it.
