Four interconnected vaults beneath Southwark Street make up The Party Vaults, where colourful string lights create patterns across the curved ceilings and ice-well tables keep your cocktails perfectly chilled through the night. We designed these spaces for groups who want their own corner of our underground bar, with each vault comfortably fitting seven to nine guests around cushioned bench seating, or the entire space accommodating up to 35 standing or 25 seated when you book all four together. The clever ice-well tables were our solution to warm cocktails at long parties, built right into the surfaces so your drinks stay cold while you focus on celebrating. Our bartenders deliver their creative concoctions directly to your vault, from tequila-based experiments to classics with unexpected twists, all served in vessels that match the playful spirit of the space. The vibrant décor changes as you move between vaults, with eclectic touches and conversation-starting details that give each area its own character. We've equipped The Party Vaults with everything modern celebrations need, including Wi-Fi that actually works underground, a flatscreen TV for presentations or photo slideshows, and a PA system you can connect to for your own playlist or DJ. The semi-private setup means you get the energy of the main bar when you want it, but can retreat to your own space when conversations get deeper. Just steps from London Bridge tube station, guests find us easily, even on their first visit. The space works brilliantly for birthday parties where the birthday person wants something more interesting than a reserved table, work celebrations that need personality, or any gathering where seven to thirty-five people want their own underground hideaway with table service and those famous ice-wells keeping everything refreshingly cold.
