Studio 3 surprises you the moment you step through from our main corridor. The room opens up with its signature 5.21-metre white cove curving against original Victorian brickwork, creating a dramatic contrast that photographers and party planners equally love. We've kept the industrial bones visible here, with exposed brick walls meeting grey-painted concrete floors that have witnessed everything from intimate cocktail parties to energetic dance floors. The space runs 12.79 metres long by 7.66 metres wide, comfortably holding 60 guests for standing receptions. That generous cove isn't just for show, we've seen it transformed into everything from a DJ booth backdrop to an illuminated bar area, and once memorably as a curved projection screen for a film premiere after-party. The ground floor location means caterers can wheel equipment straight in, bands can load gear without stairs, and your florist won't struggle with elaborate installations. We can black out the entire room when needed, giving you complete control over the atmosphere. The overhead lighting grid lets us wash the brick in warm amber for dinner parties or blast the space with colour for livelier celebrations. A tucked-away kitchenette keeps catering operations smooth without interrupting your party flow. The room connects directly to Studio Daylight 2, which opens up possibilities for larger celebrations. We've hosted parties where guests mingle in Studio 3's moody, industrial setting before moving next door for dinner, or where one space becomes the bar area while the other transforms into a dance floor. Our location between Kensal Green and Willesden Junction stations at 77-81 Scrubs Lane puts you just minutes from central London whilst giving your guests easy access from across the city.
