Perched above the bustle of King's Cross, our Semi-Private Dining area occupies the upper floor of German Gymnasium, where original vaulted ceilings and neoclassical pillars frame every gathering. The space comfortably seats 32 guests for dinner or welcomes up to 45 for standing receptions, with large arched windows flooding the room with daylight and offering views across this historic part of London. We've preserved the building's Grade II-listed architectural features while creating a contemporary dining environment. Rich dark wood flooring meets plush seating, and our bespoke tables come dressed with fine glassware and cutlery. During daylight hours, the natural illumination highlights the soaring ceiling details, while evening service brings warm, considered lighting that transforms the atmosphere for more intimate occasions. Our kitchen team prepares Mittel-European cuisine throughout service, with dishes arriving from the professional kitchens below. The curated beverage selection complements the menu, and our alcohol licence extends until 10 PM.
