Our third floor White Room catches everyone by surprise. You climb past the bustling pub and restaurant, then suddenly find yourself in this calm, light-filled space where teal drapes frame tall windows overlooking Maida Vale. We've hosted everything from 20-person wedding breakfasts to 70-guest cocktail receptions up here, and the room adapts beautifully to each occasion. The light blue walls and polished wooden floors create an atmosphere that works equally well for champagne toasts or birthday dinners. Our events team arranges the central table differently depending on your numbers, we can seat 30 comfortably for a formal meal, or clear the space entirely when you need room for 70 guests to mingle. Those two original Victorian fireplaces aren't just decorative either, we light them for winter celebrations, and they transform the whole room. What makes The White Room particularly special for parties is how separate it feels from the rest of the venue. Your guests have their own space three floors up, away from the pub crowd below, but our kitchen still sends up the same dishes that pack out our restaurant. We've served everything from sharing platters of our famous Scotch eggs to three-course wedding feasts, adjusting menus to match your celebration. The natural light streaming through those windows means daytime events look spectacular, while evening parties take on a more intimate feel with our adjustable lighting. We regularly host milestone birthdays, engagement parties, and corporate celebrations, with our team managing everything from welcome drinks to late-night cocktails.
