Push through the heavy doors at 5 Little Portland Street and you're taking over a piece of London music history. Since 1999, we've hosted everyone from The Chemical Brothers to a pre-fame Adele, and when you book the Full Venue, you get both floors of this legendary space for up to 250 guests standing or 74 in cabaret-style seating. Your guests arrive into the ground floor bar, where architects David Adjaye and Will Russell created something special, all warm wood panels and booth seating that runs along one wall. The long bar opposite keeps drinks flowing smoothly, and the soft lighting makes everyone look good while they catch up over cocktails. It works brilliantly as a reception space before the main event, or keep the party split across both levels for different vibes throughout the night. Take the stairs down to our basement and the energy completely shifts. We've installed a proper PA system down here that handles everything from thundering DJ sets to intimate acoustic performances, paired with lighting that transforms the space to match your mood. Those colourful murals on the walls have witnessed Aphex Twin DJ sets, Irvine Welsh readings, and Bon Iver's first UK show, now they're the backdrop to birthday bashes, product launches, and wedding after-parties that run until 4am thanks to our late license. We're right by Oxford Circus Station, making it easy for everyone to get here and even easier to stumble into a cab home. Our team has handled every type of event imaginable over the years, from corporate presentations that actually keep people engaged to engagement parties where the dance floor stays packed until closing.
