When the oak doors swing open to reveal the Banqueting Hall, even the most seasoned event organisers pause for a moment. High above, ornate plasterwork frames the ceiling whilst grand chandeliers illuminate heraldic shields and centuries-old portraits lining the wood-panelled walls. The stained glass windows catch morning light differently than afternoon sun, transforming the atmosphere as your event unfolds. We've configured this space countless ways over the years. Corporate dinners for 150 guests seated at round tables, each one positioned to take advantage of our excellent acoustics. Product launches where 250 people mingled beneath the Tudor beams, drinks in hand from our fully stocked bar. Theatre-style conferences for 160 delegates, with our PA system carrying every word to the back row. The versatility extends to more intimate gatherings too, with cabaret seating for 100 or boardroom configurations for 50. Our catering team knows this hall inside out. They've served everything from working breakfasts to elaborate wedding feasts here, always accommodating dietary requirements with halal, vegan, and gluten-free options readily available.
