Glass walls climb three storeys above The Drawing Room, where dark green banquettes curve around polished wooden tables in our most sought-after party space. We've positioned this raised section just left of the main bar, giving your group privacy whilst keeping you connected to the energy below. The room tells its own story through intricate wooden panelling that runs along the walls, each panel catching light from the woven pendant lamps we've suspended overhead. Our design team chose these deep emerald banquettes specifically for how they complement the warm wood tones, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Artwork punctuates the walls, carefully selected pieces that spark conversation without overwhelming the space. For corporate celebrations, we can accommodate 60 guests for drinks receptions, with plenty of room for mingling between the curved seating areas. More intimate dinner parties work beautifully here too, with space for 45 seated guests. The full AV setup means we can project presentations, play your carefully curated playlist, or even screen memorable moments during speeches. What makes The Drawing Room particularly special for parties is how it balances privacy with atmosphere. Your guests have their own defined space, complete with a dedicated side entrance, yet they're still part of the broader Sterling experience. The raised position gives everyone a perfect vantage point over the main bar, whilst those floor-to-ceiling windows flood your celebration with natural light during daytime events. Our events team regularly transforms this space for birthday parties, engagement celebrations, and corporate milestones. The proximity to Bank, Liverpool Street and Monument stations means your guests can easily join from across London.
