Working alongside the City's financial district, we've designed Chablis as one of three flexible event rooms in our basement suite at Balls Brothers, Minster Court. This particular space welcomes up to 90 guests for standing receptions, with 80 comfortably seated for dinners or 30 arranged boardroom-style for focused discussions. The room combines practical elegance with genuine flexibility. Plush patterned chairs complement the warm wooden flooring that transitions to carpet, while contemporary artwork brings colour to the walls. We've recently upgraded all our technical facilities, installing a large projector screen, PA system with microphones, and adjustable lighting that transforms from bright conference mode to ambient evening atmosphere at the touch of a button. Our catering team works directly with you to create menus that match your event perfectly. We prepare everything from working lunches to multi-course dinners, with vegan and gluten-free dishes fully integrated into our offerings rather than treated as add-ons. The dedicated bar serves our extensive wine selection, craft beers and signature cocktails right through to 0:30, with extension options available when you need them. The space adapts brilliantly between corporate presentations, product launches, quiz nights and festive celebrations. We can arrange furniture to suit your exact requirements, whether that's theatre-style rows facing the screen, round tables for networking dinners, or cocktail setup for mingling. The PA system handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to party playlists, and you're welcome to bring your own music or DJ. Just moments from both Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street stations, guests find us easily accessible.
